Our approach
Most online formation services are built to process a filing as fast and cheaply as possible. That’s fine when you already know exactly what you need. LaunchPoint Advisors exists for the more common case: business owners who aren’t sure whether an LLC, an S-corp election, a partnership, or a sole proprietorship actually fits their situation — and don’t want to find out they guessed wrong a year later.
We’re tax and business consultants, not a law firm — we don’t provide legal advice, and we’re upfront about that. What we do is walk through your numbers, your risk, and your plans, recommend a structure, and then handle the formation, EIN, bookkeeping setup, payroll setup, and ongoing compliance that comes after.
Advice before filing
We don't take a filing order until we've talked through whether the structure you're asking for is actually the right one for your situation.
Honest about tradeoffs
If a cheaper, simpler option genuinely fits your situation better, we'll tell you — even if it means a smaller job for us.
